1. Installation: Meta Quest
You can download and install apps from the Meta Quest Store.

Press / on your right controller to pull up your universal menu.

Select Store
Go to the Library if you are not able to find the store.

Search for the application you want to download by clicking on the search icon and type the name of the product
Once the app is downloaded, it will automatically appear in your Library.

2. Installation: Pico

You can download and install apps from the Pico Business Store.

Search for the application you want to download by clicking on the search icon and type the name of the product
Once the app is downloaded, it will automatically appear in your Library.
3. Installation: PC
Here’s a step-by-step procedure to install a VR application on your PC:

Install VR Applications: Go to https://downloads.mimbus.com/ and select the product you want to download. Choose the last version of the application and click on download.

Open the installation file and follow the instructions until you finish the installation.

Launch the application: Once installed, you can launch the VR application from your PC.
Launch the provided installer, configure the installation path and wait for the files to be unzipped.
4. Manual Installation on standalone headset (Advanced Users)

Prerequisites:

The latest version of Sidequest (Advanced Installer)

.zip file containing the installation files of your simulator (make sure the name of the file contains your headset’s brand name)
Step 1: Switch your headset to developer mode

Pico Neo 3: In the headset, go to "Settings → General", then "About". Scroll to the Software Version menu item and select this eight times. Once selected eight times, the Developer menu item should appear in the left hand menu. Select Developer, and Toggle on USB debugging, if it is not already enabled by default.

HTC Focus 3: In the headset, go to Settings, then select Advanced. Scroll down then enable USB Debugging, if it is not already enabled by default.
Step 2: Install your simulator

Start your headset and connect it to your PC via a USB cable.

Unzip the .zip containing the simulator’s installation files on your PC, in the location of your choice.

Launch Sidequest on your PC. You may have to authorize file access in the headset. The indicator at the top left of the window should turn green.

Click on the "Manage files on the headset" icon on the top bar of the application (1), then navigate to the Android directory → obb (2). From your file explorer, drag the com.Mimbus.[Name of your simulator] directory contained in the installation files to the Sidequest window (3).

Click on the "Install APK from folder on computer" icon on the top bar of the application, then select the installation .zip file
A message will confirm the end of the operation.
Once the installation is done, follow the steps in the chapter Licence Activation
5. Licence Activation
Prerequisites:

Application installed on your device (PC or autonomous headset)
-
The email and password of your Vulcan organization’s administrator account, provided by your reseller
Launch your simulator using the shortcut on your desktop. The simulator activation screen appears.
Using a web browser, connect to the Vulcan portal (https://open.vulcan-edu.com) and enter the email & password of your organization’s administrator account.
Navigate to the Administration > Licenses, section, then click on the "Activate" button in front of the desired license.

Enter the four-digit code displayed on your simulator screen to permanently associate the license with your hardware.
On your simulator, click the "Retry" button to use the application.
